Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Your role will contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required and communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members in accordance with appropriate protocol.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Descriptor: Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care)
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide a person centred approach to patient care
- Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous recent experience working in an acute care setting
- Demonstrated evidence of complying with Immunisation category A
