Murwillumbah NSW and WFH Hybrid - 3, 4 or 5 days per week - you choose - Standalone but supported by our highly experienced team **_Looking for a change to a consulting environment while also working as standalone People and Culture Manager with client/s?_** **The opportunity** We have a generalist HR role in our HR Team service available with a focus on business partnering while we also support you with mentoring and professional development. Our client is based at Murwillumbah NSW where you will be based 3 days per week plus there is the option of additional consulting work with other clients up to full time if that's of interest This client is an engineering, fabrication and construction company servicing Australian development projects with over 100 employees. Reporting to our Head of HR Team Service, priorities are defined in the HR Plan developed as a result of our HR Health Check, and will include: - Advising, coaching and training managers on the full range of HR management areas, including performance management, leadership development, FWA and Award terms and conditions, attraction and retention. - Facilitating employee engagement surveys and action planning, HR Health Checks and developing HR Plans with a focus on culture, compliance, and upskilling managers. - Resourcing strategy - attracting, selecting and onboarding new team members for clients. Including developing EVP/Employer Brand strategies with clients to address current sourcing challenges. - Managing HR/ER/L&D projects such as employee engagement surveys, developing position descriptions, P&Ps, performance and development reviews, remuneration reviews, and HRIS implementation. **About you** You have a passion for helping businesses and leaders to develop their best team and best business, as well: - You love business partnering, influencing, coaching and relationship-building with leaders, as well as writing an excellent letter of advice/report/internal comms. - You are an experienced generalist HR professional and/or external HR consultant. - You have experience across a range of industries such as professional services, construction, and/or manufacturing. - You will likely hold a tertiary qualifications in business, OD, HR/ER, psych, employment law or similar. **About us** Harrisons is a fast growing HR consulting firm with 10 employees providing consulting and outsourced HR services, as well as recruitment and onboarding.
