**About the role**:
- **Lead and mentor** a small, high-performing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a strong focus on customer service.
- **Coordinate and deliver** impactful P&C projects—from planning and documentation to stakeholder engagement and tracking progress.
- **Champion innovation** by identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
- **Build strong relationships** across Council, working collaboratively to support service delivery and drive positive outcomes.
- **Support continuous improvement** by fostering a culture of learning, adaptability, and shared success.**

- An experienced P&C professional with a strong background in operational service delivery, project coordination, and team leadership
- Proven ability to manage functions, deliver strategic outcomes, and support high-performing teams.
- A confident communicator who can build trust, navigate sensitive matters, and bring people together.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with solid skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
- A collaborative leader who’s passionate about service excellence and making a meaningful impact. Sound understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to provide clear, well-informed advice in line with Council requirements.
