We are seeking an outgoing and driven professional who has experience in fast paced administration and reception roles. Our client is a reputable Community College based in Murwillumbah NSW.

- Full time Monday to Friday - 9am-4pm
- Temporary role, possible extension

**Your primary duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Managing a busy reception point and ensuring high level customer service.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and accurate data entered into the system.
- Working collaboratively to ensure a high standard of service.
- General administrative tasks as and when required

**About You**
- Passionate about customer service
- Previous experience in a reception/customer service role
- Strong administrative skills
- High level computer skills with demonstrated experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Effective written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player and the ability to work autonomously
- Adaptable and flexible
