**AUSTCORP** is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our customers busy Line Marking company. As the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of business, ensuring that customers needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the scheduling and coordination of jobs between our sales team and line marking crews
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate closely with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service
- Manage a team of line marking crews, providing guidance, training and support as needed
- Overseeing day to day operations
- Overseeing end of month invoices and reporting.
- Previous experience preparing and submitting tenders

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in operations management for a line marking company or related industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, adjusting operational processes as needed
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers alike
