The Corporate Services team is responsible for providing high quality reception services and administrative support to the customers, staff and members of the Tribunal. The Corporate Support Office has a key role in this team, and had a range of varied and changing duties including:
- Tribunal procurement, purchasing and payments
- Processing fortnightly member payrolls
- Reception phoneline duties, and monitoring multiple inboxes
- Providing administrative support to process requests for Statement of Reasons
- Providing administrative support to the Member Appraisals process
Accountabilities
- Support the Tribunals procurement and payment processes by processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner, facilitating the payment of Tribunal committee members and presenters, and making office supply and other purchases as directed by the Manager of Corporate Services.
- Accurately process fortnightly payrolls for Tribunal members, ensuring that all applicable payments are entered and errors are minimized through careful and thorough checking processes.
- Provide effective, accurate and timely support to other Tribunal administrative functions including fleet bookings, accommodation bookings, processing of member expenses and mileage claims, overseeing office maintenance requests, completing on-off boarding checklists, booking couriers, and outgoing and incoming mail duties.
