About the role:
Deliver a highly empathetic Customer Service experience in a high-volume environment.
Analyse information from varying sources.
Educate customers and translate complex information in a timely manner.

About you: *Experience in delivering empathetic Customer Service, whether that be face to face or phone based.
- A natural ability to problem solve with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a face paced environment.
- A fun, energetic approach to work.
- Professional communication skills both verbal & written.
