What will your day look like?As a Banking Consultant, you will: Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiries Handle everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary.
