Caroline K Morgan is an iconic label that creates quality clothing for women. You will be working in a friendly, fast paced working environment for one of Australia's leading wholesale brands. We are looking for a special person who has a strong work ethic, clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Someone who really loves the technical side of sample design/development and understands this role is key to the brands success
Key Responsibilities include:
Measuring and fitting samples and accurately recording data
Correcting fit samples
Set up development boards and assist in the selection of fabrics, trim and accessories
Prepare and maintain accurately excel order forms and checklists
Maintain sample spreadsheets and work to deadlines
Show strong organisational skills and maintain systems and filing procedures
Assisting with administrative and ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements to fulfill position:
Previous experience in a similar position and well presented.
You will have tertiary qualifications in fashion and intermediate skills in graphic design
You understand that working as part of a team is a key part of the role
Attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to strive under pressure
The ability to learn additional software systems quickly and multitask
Intermediate knowledge and current use of Outlook, Word, Excel.
Dedicated and the vision to go above and beyond
Deadline orientated and the ability to work under pressure
A passion for fashion
The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
The ability to seek resolution when faced with challenges or issues
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels.
Friendly, thoughtful, honest and hardworking
The ability to prioritise and maintain office procedures
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality
