**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Program Development: Design and implement educational programs that cater to the emotional and social needs of Middle School students
Program Implementation: Coordinate and facilitate educational workshops and activities, ensuring alignment with our College's ethos and curriculum requirements.
Documentation and Evaluation: Maintain detailed records of all programs, monitor their impact, and adjust based on feedback and evaluations.
Intervention and Support: Identify students needing extra support and collaborate with the Counselling Team to provide necessary interventions.
Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest research and trends in youth wellbeing and integrate this knowledge into program enhancements.

**Qualifications**

Formal qualifications are not required for this position.
Current Working with Children Check.

**Skills and Experience**

Proven experience in Wellbeing Education, preferably with adolescents in an educational or community setting.
Strong understanding of adolescent development, mental health, and effective intervention strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with students.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a dynamic educational team.
