We have partnered with Assett Group Services, a dedicated service provider to the Social Housing sector located in North Parramatta.

The passionate team are currently looking for an experienced Assets / Maintenance Project Officer to join the team on a casual basis for a period of 4-5 months. This role also has the potential to become permanent.

**The Role**

This Assets Project Officer will be working on a short-term project of works across Sydney with multiple Community Housing Providers (CHP's) and Local Area Housing Councils (LAHC). The successful applicant would need to learn Workbuddy, the teams internal work order management system.

**Key Role Requirements**
- Entering work orders into the system relating to maintenance and repairs
- Project management of current projects (Tracking and Monitoring)
- Distribution of work to different trades
- Filing photographs against work orders
- Liaising with project managers / internal staff, clients (CHPs) and government.
- Fortnightly reporting to LAHC

**About You**
- Excellent communicator, written and oral
- Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly excel - Gantt charts, pivot tables, Vlook Up
- Sound Organisational Skills

**Highly preferred**
- Experience within Construction, Repairs and Maintenance
- Experience with LAHC, CHPs or a repairs and maintenance contractor
- If they have contract administration/KPI monitoring even better
