**The Role**:
We are looking for a self starter who has a great initiative and is happy to learn and explore a developing industry based at our Hawthorn office. The broad role encomapasses three pillars, communications, tender/bid answering and marketing. You will possess impeccable attention to detail to distribute content across a raft of internal and external mediums. Your enthusiasm and work ethic will drive new custom and brand awareness as we expand up and down the eastern seaboard.

**You will**:

- Review and rebrand all internal documentation.
- Initiate and manage tender pipeline and responses
- Develop and publish social media content on a variety of channels
- Maintain and publish website updates with 3rd party provider
- Coordination, presentation and delivery of customer data reporting
- Manage sponsorships and associated marketing events.
- Report and distribute sustainability and associated industry reporting
- Develop and and manage internal high level communications involving new employees, organizational charting, HR data and Organisational updates
- Manage multi channel data assessment

**You Are**:

- Tertiary qualified in communications or associated.
- Relevant work history in recycling or civil style industry
- Able to manage social media marketing with Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok
- Experienced in detailed writing and developing brand guides.
- History in exploring and understanding Google Analytics, LinkedIn market, Google AdWords, and/or Photoshop.
- Experience in answering government and regulatory authority tenders.
- Experience working with and coordinating marketing activity with Microsoft office tools especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI etc.
- A genuine team player.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 per year
