**The Opportunity**

We have three exciting opportunities to join the Finance Operations team

**About You**
- Work within a larger team to perform store administrative tasks including delivering of quality purchasing and inventory services, maintaining receipt and purchasing of goods, storage of goods, managing processes, responding to queries, advising on OH&S procedures, policy and process.
- Provide high levels of customer service in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedure.
- Undertake the input and analysis of data regarding usage trends and patterns, including generating reports to inform planning and purchasing decision-making as directed.
- Provide sound and timely advice, guidance and support to other staff, clients and stakeholders ensuring activities are followed in accordance with OH&S rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders to support and facilitate service delivery
