About the Role
**As a Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for**:
Reviewing and updating data in DocuPrep in preparation for settlement
Processing customers account opening requests
Issuing documentation to Customer/Brokers
Processing and issuing pre-approval letters
Reviewing and verifying customers ID
**Role Location**: 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
**Role Type**: Permanent, Full-time
**Note**: 4 available opportunities
What will your day look like?
**As a Documentation Officer, your accountabilities include**:
Perform Identity checks, ensuring Customer Identification is accurate to each applicant and meets Regulatory Requirements
Meet required KPI’s
Ensure data is consistent and accurate when issuing mortgage documents to our customers
Proactively communicate with brokers and colleagues in all parts of the business to progress files efficiently as necessary
Problem solving skills; and the ability to seek out assistance in a timely manner when required
Excellent time management and task prioritisation required
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Previous industry experience preferred
Data entry experience advantageous
Experience in KPI’s or working towards targets/deadlines
Analytical - develop solutions, courses of action and solution recommendations by using an information base to identify key issues, compare data and determine cause-effect relationships.
Attention to Detail - Ability to complete tasks by accurately checking all steps and information in processes for correctness, order and consistency.
Change Management - ability to recognise, understand and support the need for change and anticipate such change.
Communication - convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written, using a combination of influencing and motivation to cause behavioural change.
Decisiveness - make effective decisions in a timely manner across a variety and diversity of matters
Integration - understand key elements of work, and alignment with others
Strategic planning /critical thinking - facilitate the development of innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Understanding of market and external environment including banking and financial industry principles and regulations
