Practice Manager

Manage the administrative and operational aspects of the medical practice, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of administrative and support staff
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice workflows and patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with the medical team to identify and address operational challenges, and implement solutions
Manage the practice's financial and budgetary responsibilities, including billing, invoicing, and reporting
Serve as a liaison between the practice and external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and regulatory bodies
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare administrative role, preferably in a medical practice setting
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including medical terminology, regulations, and best practices
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient in the use of practice management software and other relevant technologies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with medical professionals, staff, and patients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
