One of Australias Prominent **Federal Government Departments** is looking to engage with a skilled and experienced **Senior Linux Administrator** to be part of their multiskilled team based in Canberra. You will be assisting in providing business critical support and best practice to both Linux on premise and cloud infrastructure. The successful **Senior Linux Administrator** will secure an **Initial 12 month + 2 x 12 month extensions**, **rewarding pay rate and hybrid flexibility.**

The successful **Senior Linux Administrator** will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- The modernisation of the department’s core business systems.
- The delivery of business-critical support for on-premises and cloud Linux instances.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline team

The successful **Senior Linux Administrator** will have experience in the following:

- Experience in the delivery services using Solaris and Azure cloud
- Proficient with RedHat Enterprise Linux 7 and 8, RedHat IDM
- Experience using Ansible and Satellite
