Join our team to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline core infrastructure and platform services across hybrid and distributed systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement automation playbooks, roles, and reusable code using Ansible for provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
  • Integrate orchestration platforms such as Ansible Tower/AWX, Kubernetes, and Terraform to manage multi-component systems.
  • Support containerized workloads and infrastructure automation pipelines across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to automate system builds, deployments, and lifecycle management.
  • Assist in modernizing legacy systems and migrating to automated, orchestrated platforms.
  • Contribute to a library of reliable, reusable automated builds to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Research emerging tools and technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
  • Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), build guides, and related documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Ansible development (roles, playbooks, modules) at enterprise scale.
  • Familiarity with orchestration and IaC tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, or Ansible Tower/AWX.
  • Strong Linux system administration skills and understanding of distributed systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
  • Exposure to hybrid and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or private cloud).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SEA2273 Minerva systems.
  • Understanding of governance frameworks including infrastructure service and security delivery (e.g., ISM).
  • Experience applying cybersecurity controls aligned with zero-trust principles.
  • Familiarity with ADF deployed environments and their unique networking, support, and security constraints.
