Clinical Care Manager

Currently our home at _**_Rathdowne Place in Carlton _**_, which comprises_**_ _**_(162 beds) will provide customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support. It offers state-of-the-art facility’ within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair salon and spa, and gym along with many other activities in the Carlton precinct._

**_Your New Role:_**
- We currently have six month fixed term contract for ( Clinical Care Manager) they will lead and support_ the coordination of all clinical and care needs for residents, ensuring that Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care (RAC) customer’s care and clinical needs are assessed, where possible delivered by Australian Unity and met to a high standard._
- Responsibilities will include:_
- _Role model the aspired Leadership behaviors to source, lead, develop and retain high quality team members aligned to the Australian Unity culture._
- _Lead the clinical and care delivery across the precinct including meeting all RAC requirements and oversight of clinical services into the RV and ALA programs._
- _Lead the effective delivery of a range of customer -centered and compliant aged care services through collaboration with the site management team and central support services_
- _Work closely with the Precinct Services Manager to ensure RAC residents receive services of the required standard to enhance their Wellbeing and Align with their preferences and needs for non-clinical services - including Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health and Additional Services under Better Together Plus develop and implement actions within the Annual Operation Plan ensuring all targets are achieved._
- _Help develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and strategies to ensure accommodation and services are delivered in a cost-effective manner and that revenue, costs and capex is managed within set budgets._
- _Collaborate with Retirement and Assisted Living Community Teams (as opportunities present) to support the delivery of the end to end Better Together® customer value proposition including the identification of suitable RAC occupancy and RV service delivery opportunities._

- Does this sound like you?_
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience with the Commonwealth Aged Care funding instrument (ACFI) / understanding of the transition to AN-ACC.
- Knowledge of aged care accreditation procedures and standards.
- Desirable - Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar and/or a minimum of five (4) years equivalent management experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- An accomplished People Leader with proven experience delivering effective coaching and performance management, whilst creating a positive ‘values’-based culture
