Trampoline Coach

We’re on the hunt for some fabulous new team members

As an Academy Coach at Rebound Mandurah, you will represent our brand and culture. Coaches, with backgrounds in gymnastics, dance or cheerleading, lead weekly classes for children, focusing on trampolining skill development in a safe and enjoyable setting. Each class lasts about one hour.

Position Requirements:

- Valid First Aid Certificate (required for employees over 17, prior to employment).
- Current 'Working with Children’s Check' for those over 18.
- Ability to work with children and follow Rebound's structured class format. Safe performance of flips and tricks.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing attitude toward customers and children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, fun, and can-do attitude.
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to high cleaning standards within timelines.

Coaches Must:

- Be available for evenings, weekends, registration days, and assigned training.
- Teach all skills for belt levels to children aged 5 to 14.
- Build positive relationships with children and parents.
- Ensure excellent service and open communication with Ninja Parents.
- Be knowledgeable about skills required at each level.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.10 - $52.39 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
