We're helping the Marine Rescue Implementation (MRI) Program to hire a passionate
**Stakeholder Engagement and Change Lead**. This program focuses on bringing together the services of the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard Association and the Volunteer Marine Rescue Association Queensland into a single marine rescue service for the Queensland public.

The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist role will sit within a small but experienced Stakeholder Engagement and Change team and workers across a range of exciting projects within the program. This role will see you
- maintaining close engagement with internal and external audiences,
- developing multi-media communications,
- executing strategic public relations campaigns,
- identifying and responding to issues, and collaborating with the program and project teams.

As part of the program team, you will also be responsible for identifying change champions and developing strategic and tactical communication and engagement artifacts.
