**About the Role**
This is a pivotal role in ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and learner engagement. As the Learning & Systems Lead you will be responsible for
- Leading compliance operations across RTO, TEO and Ventia Training ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
- Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies, and system reporting
- Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
- Governance activities
- Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in RTO training delivery
- Strong auditing, compliance and quality control of training programs
- Expertise in learning management systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills
- Relevant qualifications in business admin, training or audit
