Are you an experienced Engagement Specialist with a passion for making a positive impact in your community? We're looking for a talented individual to join the Stakeholder Engagement and Change team at the Marine Rescue Implementation (MRI) Program in Albion.

As an Engagement Specialist, you'll develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement plans, campaigns, and activities for the MRI Program. You'll maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and produce multi-media communication materials to inform them of the program's outputs, accomplishments, and activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change in complex transformation programs/projects.
- Project management and communication skills
- An understanding of multi-media, communication & social platforms.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement plans, campaigns, and activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and produce multi-media communication materials to inform them of the program's outputs, accomplishments, and activities.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement processes and deliverables during the pre-transition phase of the implementation program.
- Identify change champions for the reform and establish effective working relationships to deliver successfully.
- Participate in forums and events, and collate insight reports to identify and respond to issues.
