**What you will be doing**:
As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for delivering awesome inbound and outbound customer experiences across our national network of customers and suppliers. This includes helping customers and workshops with bookings, answering questions and problem solving out of the box customer and supplier queries as they arise.

Overall, you will be an important link between our customers and our suppliers by providing an exceptional level of customer service with a solutions focused mindset.

**Duties include**:

- **Inbound customer service, using empathy and excellent communications skills to help customers and suppliers with queries and bookings.**:

- **Outbound calls to hot leads, working with genuine customers generated from our website to assist them in completing their booking**:

- **Confirming bookings with our Suppliers and creating great rapport with them**

**Our team is customer focused with a can-do attitude. In addition to your base salary, enjoy uncapped commission and have fun with incentives and games.**

**What happens next**
