- Base Salary + Bonus $50K - $60K per annum
- OTE $60K - $100K

**Stage 1**:Trainee Sales Agent / Sales Agent

**Stage 2**:Sales Trainer

**Stage 3**:Team Leader

**Stage 4**:Campaign Manager
