About the role

Our Rostering Team is looking for a experienced Roster Coordinator who has worked in either Aged Care, Community or Disability sector in the capacity of scheduling or rostering. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small and cohesive team that is based in a brand new office space in the cosmopolitan suburb of Double Bay. You will be part of a small and collaborative team where you build relationships with clients and staff. Each day will be different and you will truly have a sense of satisfaction when speaking to clients who are positively impacted by the care and services we provide.

Essential criteria
- Have experience in rostering/scheduling for either a Home Care or Disability Provider, Aged Care Residential Facility or an agency environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to multitask and a busy and dynamic environment
- Have a can do attitude and be client focused
- Have the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Have the ability to problem solve and be results driven
