**About MRPV**
Major Road Projects Victoria is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads.

The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city - providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.

We’re also delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while reducing traffic congestion and improving safety on the roads people rely on every day.

As a dedicated centre for road excellence, our work goes far beyond the tunnels, freeways, bridges and extra lanes. We’re focused on leaving a legacy that benefits communities, the environment and industry for generations to come.

The Commercial Coordinator will undertake contract administration activities, provide advice on contract management, and associated commercial aspects relating to the West Gate Tunnel Project. This position will closely interact with project teams to ensure a consistent and agreed approach is taken on procurement, finance, and contract management to support the State’s role in the project.

**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Managing service agreements, ensuring contract costs, payment claims, budgets, and agreements are appropriately administered.
- Contributing to ongoing contract management compliance business functions, including procurement, compliance reviews, performance analysis, and budget monitoring.
- Undertaking regular review and analysis of contract performance including trend analysis in relation to cost and cashflow and provide sound advice on corrective actions.
- Preparing high-quality reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters that may involve integrating complex information from a variety of sources.
- Contributing to the management of key contractual arrangements, including KPI monitoring, reporting, regular contract management meetings, contract renewals and extensions, compliance audits, and contractor communications.

As the Commercial Coordinator, you will have excellent written communication, analytical and conceptual skills and provide a solution-focused approach to effectively deal with issues within tight timeframes as they arise. You will be proficient in using reporting systems to ensure data and information are kept up to date on a consistent basis, administering tasks with a high attention to detail.
