Racecourse Café in Ballina is on the lookout for a reliable and friendly Café All-Rounder to join our team If you love great coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy environment — we’d love to hear from you.

We're open Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm — no nights or weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service Prepare drinks using the coffee machine, blender, and other kitchen equipment Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately Communicate with the kitchen team about menu items and stock levels Restock shelves, fridges, and freezers Maintain food hygiene and safety standards Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:
A welcoming and friendly nature Strong customer service skills Good personal and food hygiene habits Ability to work well in a team Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods Calm and efficient under pressure

Bonus:
Barista experience is a big plus
