About the role

We're a new artisan bakery in East Ballina We opened 6 months ago and this represents the first round of jobs we've offered since our opening team.

We have positions for a couple of front of house legends to help run the shopfront. We're looking for baristas and all rounders to join the ream. Idyllic location here in the East Ballina Shopping Centre, just a 4 minute drive down to the beach for your before or after work swim/surf

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in specialty coffee - while we have a great in-house training program for those without.

These roles are initially casual but there will be scope for permanent part-time and full-time positions in the future.

What you'll be doing

Looking after our regular customers and supporting a vibrant community

Collaborating with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

Prior experience in a coffee and/or service role in a bakery, restaurant or hospitality environment

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience

Proficient in using POS systems

Flexible and able to work mornings, weekends and public holidays as required

Must be available to work all operating hours including early mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Australian work rights are required for this position
