Pierluigi Chadstone Shopping has an exciting new opportunity as _**Store Manager**_.

"Pierluigi" is an Artisan Italian Cafe located on the Lower Level of Chadstone Shopping Centre. We are searching for an experienced Manager to join the team who can can be a strong team leader, has the ability to learn all aspects of the business, exceptional organisational skills and time management skills, ensure the functionality of the store and ensure customer service standards are well met. We are needing a manager that has previous hospitality Managment experience to ensure quality of service and strive to achieve store budgets.

We are looking for a Manager with a "can do" attitude and someone that is passionate about what they do and the products they are promoting.

Your job will be:

- Rostering
- Training
- Upselling
- Stock ordering
- Stocktake
- Staff management
- Banking / Cash management
- Food Safety Handling
- Barista training / Barista duties

Please have valid RSA, full availability & experience in management before applying.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
