The Role:
We're looking for a passionate, energetic individual with a knack for leadership and a love for the café culture. Your role will involve supervising staff,

experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. If you're a team player, eager to drive success

and create memorable experiences for our customers, we'd love to hear from you.

You will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include.
- Running the day-to-Day operations when the Manager is not on duty.
- As the staff member in charge, dealing with all aspects of the day-to-day operation.
- Serving customers and using the POS & Merchant facility System
- Engaging with your team and customers alike
- Making orders

Skills & Experience:

- People’s person with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be well presented, punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, and ambitious.
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure.
- Previous Supervisory experience in fast paced environment.
- Able to delegate and take charge of all situations and challenges that arise.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
- Previous experience ( 3 Years)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
