Exciting newly created opportunity to join a premium National Property Development Group that have notable projects, high retention, and a brilliant team dynamic.

You will be working across award-winning, high end Residential Apartment projects. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will focus on tailoring community events, placemaking, and elevating the customer experience for residents in the community

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Work with the Development and Marketing team offering support and collaboration, along with community residents & community relationships
- Assist with development of customer experience objectives and initiatives
- Organise & coordinate special events & activations for residents to enhance community building and placemaking
- Develop & monitor budgets for events & community initiatives
- Meet & greet new residents in the community
- Facilitate and attend networking events
- Manage event administration and customer feedback
- Update & maintain reports on customer experience inititatives
- Ad hoc administrative duties

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 1-2 + years’ experience ideally in a similar sales, community experience, event management or similar position
- Property experience a bonus
- Tertiary qualifications
- A people-person who loves events
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
