**About this role**:
As a Support Worker at Direct Focus Solutions, you will have the opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers positive outcomes through a strengths-based approach. In this role, you will work closely with our program managers and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team to help support a diverse range of clients and NDIS participants within their homes and communities.

**Requirements**:

- The ability to attend sleepover and/or afternoon shifts for clients.
- Personal Care, Disability, Community Services, or Aged Care qualifications and/or experience.
- Knowledge of personal care supports and the safe delivery of medication.
- Experience with NDIS programs and participants.
- Experience working with complex clients.
- Computer literacy to interact successfully with our client management system.
- A driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle prior to employment.

**Successful applicants will be required to**:

- Facilitate supports for clients of all ages and abilities and guide them to participate in activities within their homes and the community.
- Be flexible in accordance with the specific needs of our clients. This will include the ability to complete afternoon and/or overnight sleepover shifts as required for clients with personal care needs.
- Successfully support clients with complex needs as required.
- Collaborate as part of a team and work with a diverse range of clients.

DFS is prepared to support individuals to obtain the following checks as a further condition of their employment:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker’s Check (NDISWC)
- Police Check
