Brandlines is currently seeking a dynamic team player to join our NSW branch located in Mt Kuring-gai. In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering quality Customer Service to our key customers.

**As a Customer Service Team Member your key responsibilities will be**:

- Managing customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.
- Running efficient case management and follow-up within agreed timeframes.
- Keep up to date with processes, procedures and products to ensure accurate information is provided.

**Qualifications**
- Be able to really ‘Own It’ and be reliable and responsible while being a team member who can work independently.
- Be able to think Customer by having experience in providing exceptional customer service, whether this be in a contact centre, retail, or hospitality (to name a few).
- ‘Do Good’ by having high attention to detail and maintaining a high level of service while working under time constraints.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - a clear, calm, well-spoken phone manner and ability to listen.
- With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature, you’ll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on.
- Computer literate with a strong eye for detail.
- Confident to communicate via written communications.
- Adaptable and of course passionate about our customers
- Ideally, we would love for you to start as soon as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $49,992.12 - $62,531.64 per year
