**Position Overview**

The Warehouse All Rounder will be responsible for day-to-day operations within the warehouse. This includes receiving, picking, packing, fulfilment, and housekeeping.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in goods handling and fulfilment processes
- Adhering to all occupational health & safety policies and activities under the direction of the Warehouse Manager
- Utilising the electronic Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate product information
- Ensuring precise inventory management within the WMS, reflecting the quantities and location of all products (stored goods) within the warehouse
- Recording and accurately invoicing all logs within the WMS, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager

Add in Warehouse Assistant
- Fulfilling 3PL orders and Ad Hoc campaigns under the direction of the Warehouse Manager Assistant
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager Assistant in planning locations, location types, and warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and efficiency
- Managing and executing all goods receipting processes, ensuring seamless integration with the WMS in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager Assistant
- Utilising and managing the WMS for efficient order processing and inventory control
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager Assistant in monitoring and reporting connection errors & discrepancies related to warehouse operations
- Utilising the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to respond to and resolve customer support tickets in collaboration with sales and customer service teams
- Performing general housekeeping and cleaning duties in line with company standards

**Qualifications & Experience**

No prior knowledge of this role is required, and all orientation and training will be provided upon commencement of employment.

**Qualifications required or preferred**:

- Required: Forklift license
- Preferred: Order-picking forklift truck
- Preferred: First Aid Certificate

**Experience**:

- Preferred: Experience in Warehouse Management System usage
- Preferred: Attention to detail and thoroughness

**Reporting Structure**

The Warehouse All Rounder will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

The Warehouse All Rounder is required to develop strong relationships with Customer service team

In addition, it is required to develop strong external relationships with various individuals/agencies and other key stakeholders.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
