The role
The
Forensic Technology Services
is seeking an accomplished Practice Administrator based in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis.
As an integral part of our national team, this role involves providing remote and in-person support to senior members of the FTS team, with a specific focus on supporting and managing the high-level diary responsibilities of 2 partners.
In addition, you will work closely with the National FTS Operations Team, Business Manager and Resource Operations Manager to ensure seamless administrative support to the business nationally.
Key responsibilities- Provide secretarial support for senior members of the FTS team, with a specific emphasis on directly supporting 2 partners.- High-level diary management with an emphasis on organising client meetings. Facilitating Travel arrangements when required for key partners, ensuring precision and confidentiality.-
- Manage general accounts, reporting, monthly billing, and expenses with a keen eye for detail.- Assist with research tasks and putting together client presentations.- Administer quality and risk responsibilities for the FTS team, ensuring compliance at the highest level.- Team player and willing to step in and assist other FTS operations members as and when required.- Provide support to the Business Manager and Resource Operations Manager as required.
Skills & Experience

- Proven and distinguished experience in an administrative, secretarial role.- A flexible approach with a demonstrable drive to contribute to the business's profound success.- The ability to build and nurture positive relationships with colleagues.- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, especially in high-pressure situations.- Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with meticulous attention to detail.- Professionalism in communicating / organising meetings with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
