**The role**
Our Sydney Office Operations team have a unique opportunity for a service-oriented Legal Practice Administration Manager, to support the day-to-day management of one of our high performing practice groups, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
This is a varied role which will involve you working closely with the Practice Group leaders ship team as well as the wider Office Operations team to ensure the effective management of the Practice Group by:
- Leading and managing the Legal Support team,
- Monitoring and improving the quality and consistency of service provided to legal teams,
- Managing the allocation of work and utilisation of administrative support to support client delivery activities; and
- Overseeing and administering central group processes to support the group's operations.
**Skills and experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
You will also have:
- Prior experience in leading sizeable teams of people (12+ direct reports),
- Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills,
- Sound operational management skills,
- High level of attention to detail,
- Ability to keep calm under pressure,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. front line leadership or business qualification.
