This NSW Government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and provide services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 11 month contract paying up to $60 p/h + Super located in Blacktown with flexible work arrangements.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Contact Centre Operator with a leading NSW Government agency. This role requires you to manage, triage and assign callouts for NSW government agencies and ensure works are assigned and captured correctly.

**_Key accountabilities include:_**
- Answer call from Stakeholders and communicate with Regional Offices
- Work with simple scripting to ensure accurate logging of callouts
- Ascertain Insurance requirements and details and analyse works and work with SSU to assign static guards as required
- Report on trends, emergency events and analyse data
- Review stakeholder requests and ensure effective triage
- Manage and maintain the shared inbox

**About You**
- Basic understanding of Asset Management
- Basic level computer and telephony skills
- Microsoft software suite experience
- Insurance or call centre experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
