We're looking for a well organised and efficient
**Office Manager** to provide administrative leadership across both Melbourne locations, as well as the wider Australian administrative team.

**This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity**.

**What you'll do (not limited to)**:

- Greet visitors, screen & forward calls, receiving/sorting of mail and deliveries.
- Anticipate and order appropriate office supplies (kitchen & stationery, etc).
- Provide leadership and day to day management of Office Coordinators.
- Manage all facility requests, liaising with building management.
- Participate on WHS Committee and to ensure office compliance.

**What you'll need**:

- High standard written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating efficient organisation of meetings, events, office travel arrangements.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Advanced working skills in Microsoft Office.
