**About the role**:
This position is situated within MacKillop Education at the Caulfield Campus. The VET Trainer is a member of our Mackillop Education Caulfield Campus. The VET Trainer will work collaboratively with the Senior Staff and Pathways Leader to develop and deliver the Vocational and Education Training Program.
**This is a Permanent Part-Time (7.6 hours per week) opportunity based in Caulfield within our MacKillop Education (Caulfield Campus) program. The position reports to the Principal.**
**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or Permission to Teach.
- A current Certificate IV Training and Assessment or similar relevant qualification.
- A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing aspirational initiatives to engage students in their learning. Experience as a VET Trainer will be highly regarded.**For a full position listing, please click APPLY. The Position Description is available for review at the bottom of the page.**
