**The opportunity**
- Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia that is performing works to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenances services, renewals program works for the City of Gold Coast.
- We are seeking our next superstar **Finance Administrator** to join our dynamic team based at Arundel. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with flexible and hybrid working options available.

**What you’ll do**
- You will play a vital role by providing support to the GCIS Finance and Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial and Procurement Manager your day to day will involve the below:

- Raising of Purchase Orders, obtaining approvals for costs received and processing claims and invoices.
- Supporting subcontractors with queries and other general support as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**What we’re looking for**
- You will cultivate outstanding organisation skills, foster collaboration, and uphold a positive mindset, enabling you to achieve success in this role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance administration, ideally within the utilities, water or construction industry.
- Ability to manage and process a high volume of data.
- Exposure to ERP systems (Ariba, SAP etc).
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
