**Your Opportunity
**The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with New South Wales staff and the building management team. As a Workplace Services Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating an exceptional service to the firm, assisting with reporting and budgeting, coordinating vendors and assisting with National projects.

**How are you extraordinary?
**In this role you'll be responsible for:

- Process invoices and cross reference with budget
- Monitor stock of all consumables managed by Workplace services to the business
- Maintain the integrity of the access control and CCTV system.
- Conduct key audits to secured spaces.
- Coordinate, schedule and track planned preventative maintenance program.
