Viva Energy is in the midst of one of the biggest transformations our business has seen. The Viva Energy Retail team is working to build Australia’s largest Convenience Retailer - with an expansive footprint, an amazing customer offer and a highly engaged team.

Energy is a critical input and significant cost for our Retail business which includes a network of over 700 “Express” fuel and convenience stores nationally. We are continually looking for ways to improve how we purchase and consume energy, and to reduce the greenhouse emissions associated with it.

**Qualifications**:
To create success in this role, you will experience in;
- Working with a multi-state payroll processing within a medium to large enterprise
- Previous experience with Modern Awards, particularly the Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award would be advantageous
- Advanced excel skills
- You will have excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills with experience dealing with employees, vendors and government departments
- You will have high attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure critical deadlines are consistently met
