Marketing Executive

This pub group is one of Australia’s largest, with a network of over 25 hotels across NSW with a focus on family friendly all-inclusive offerings.

**About Your New Role**

This role is crucial to the forward progression of the marketing of a group of our venues from within.

Reporting to the marketing manager, the marketing executive will be responsible for implementing all marketing and promotional activities on all formats to drive growth & revenue.

**What your day will look like**:

- Driving sales outcomes through effective planning, coordination and analysis of promotional activity.
- Support tactical decision-making through analysis of reports, engaging cross functional stakeholders to understand impacts; this can include building commercial business cases.
- Execute and implementation of integrated store marketing strategies and plans
- Timely communication of information to venues to ensure that all marketing initiatives can be implemented correctly and effectively to maximise results
- Managing subscriber databases.
- Organising cross functional meetings at different levels to ensure strong confidence in the promotional sales calendar that aligns with sales targets

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated experience working across developing integrated campaigns and category Marketing for a fast-paced multi-site brand.

You’ll have flexibility and a self-starting nature, with a natural tendency toward collaboration and out of the box thinking. Flawless marketing communications skills are essential, as well as the ability to multi-task and plan meticulously.
