You will investigate and resolve product liability allegations and identify trends that may negatively affect our brands.

- Complaints and Escalations
- Product Replacement and Reimbursements
- Adhoc quality checks

**Plus, you will be responsible for all consumer contacts to drive..**

- Brand building and consumer advocacy
- Insights and business growth
- Efficiency and compliance
- Protect reputational brand (contain) addressing consumers contacts in effective manner
- Create competitive advantage (delight) exceeding consumers expectations

**You’ll succeed because**

- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Are resilient, juggling multiple priorities and maintaining high standards, even under pressure
- Are an excellent listener with superb interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
