Exciting new opportunity for an experienced and motivated Legal Personal Assistant/Secretary to join a well-established and highly regarded Family Law Firm and become an integral member of a friendly, supportive and cohesive team.
**About the role...**
Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to delightful Partner you'll enjoy being involved in a wide range of diverse and complex Family Law matters.
**Some of your duties will include, but not limited to;**
- diary management and arranging appointments
- word processing and dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence
- filing and indexing of original legal documents
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
- liaising with clients, Barristers and external parties
- general administrative tasks
**Skills and experience we'd love...**
To secure this exceptional opportunity you will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary in family law, or alternatively have a genuine interest in Family Law. You will also demonstrate;
- advanced MS office skills
- strong attention to detail
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- excellent inter-personal skills
