Assisting a Partner and their team, all described as great to work with, and as an integral member of their friendly Intellectual Property team, you'll enjoy a varied and interesting role as well as the opportunity to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.
**Some of your key duties will include;**
- diary management and coordinate meetings
- type, proof read and edit documents
- draft general correspondence
- prepare monthly billing and client reports
- liaise with internal and external client liaison
- open and close files and general administrative tasks to assist your team
**Our client is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Legal Assistant with a happy disposition and a "can do" attitude.**
**You will also have;**
- excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- top organisational skills
- a keen eye for detail
- advanced MS Office skills
- a positive and professional work attitude
