Our client who are a Luxury Private Healthcare provider are looking for an experienced Talent Manager/Partner to join them on an interim basis. The role will be a 12 month contract with a view to extend or the option of temp to perm after this period.

Our client is looking for someone to join and take full ownership of the recruitment function. Someone who can come in, hit the round running and is experienced on where to find the best talent in the care and hospitality market.

The Client

Our client are a Luxury Private Healthcare provider for high net worth individuals. They are driven by providing 5* service across the business.

They are based in Notting Hill, London but have care homes across London including Abbey Road, Kensington & Victoria. This is a great time to join as they are seeing exponential growth with further locations due to open this year. They are a company that is driven to be the best, providing first class service. They also pride themselves on being a company that supports one another.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of the full 360 recruitment cycle for the company.
- Work closely and supporting Hiring Managers of multiple care sites.
- Create/amend job descriptions
- Facilitate successful recruitment process from screening, branding, through to onboarding.
- Roles recruiting for are within care and hospitality sectors.
- Creating and facilitating recruitment processes and structure.

Experience/Requirements:

- Previous experience working within the care/hospitality sectors desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, volume driven recruitment set up is essential
- Experience of ownership of the full recruitment cycle essential
- ASAP Start
- Interim role but with a view of someone integrating themselves into the team here.
- Experience working with ATS Greenhouse and Broadbean preferred.
