This role is to support the management and reporting of financial impacts of accurate recording and maintenance of the asset register and leasing schedules.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Assistance with management and preparation of rental payment and rent reviews
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure lease payment schedule and accuracy & inform leasing manager on lease & property queries
- Maintain data leasing software - LeaseEagle
- Ensure property databases are kept up to date with correct data including lease expiry date, renewal dates, lease incentives from landlord, base rent, outgoing, property sizes and more other terms and conditions
- Constantly update relevant department on all leasing information in terms of opening, closing, renewal date & obtain store opening dates from tenancy coordinator
- Assist in providing the budget and forecast of lease expenses
- Be the central point of call for lease payment and other related matters with landlords
- Assistance with sales figures reporting and auditing of received funds
- Communication with the relevant departments to maintain the monthly/yearly new store rollout plan
- Daily Management of inbox to ensure all matters are address in a timely manner
- Review and preparation of leasing contracts for leasing manager
- Communication with centre management of retail outlets to provided required updates and insurance certificates
- Preparation of new and exiting store paperwork and required certificates
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of AASB16: Leases
- An outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Excellent work ethic with high attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines
