Reporting into the Retail Operations Manager this role will operate primarily from our Camperdown Head Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Arrange for Faulty transfers & disposal of faulty stock.
- Investigate Short deliveries & theft of stock on delivery.
- Collating Style counts for stores
- Conducting fortnightly Box counts
- Conducting retail Audits - as & when required
- keeping track of all maintenance requests required for stores & working with relevant departments to ensure everything is fixed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a detailed expense file on maintenance costs.
- Sending out direction for transfers as directed by Operations, following up completion, booking pick up and following through process till store receives.
- Keeping detailed record of all inter store transfers.
- Maintaining Bookadelivery - Booking all deliveries through toll, following up transfers when required etc.
- Completing costings of box movement to ensure we are not overspending on interstore transfers.
