A great opportunity has become available within our Human Resource Services Business Unit, for two six-month roles as Workforce Administrator.
The role sits within our HR Services business unit, which is the cornerstone to the people experience, delivering holistic, efficient, and connected shared services across the team member lifecycle workplace support, payroll, mobility and offboarding.
The Workforce Administrator is responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional support across the employee lifecycle, including the actioning of team member requests, team member exits, and coordination of Compliance related activities.

To be successful in this role
- You will ideally have experience as an HR Administrator, having provided a range of support over the employee lifecycle
- Proficient across Microsoft systems
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
